Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges are fixed and amount to €15.00. For orders over €99.00, shipping costs are free of charge.
All shipments are made by insured express courier and Secure Box recycled cardboard packaging.
Delivery times are 48h for all of Italy and 24h for Sicily. The order is entrusted to the courier within 24h working hours.
To track an order, simply go inside the “My Account” panel, under the “Orders” section, and view the status and path of a package, from manufacturer to delivery.
Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.
If the order has not yet been sent, you can correct or change the delivery address at any time: just click on the side menu icon under “My Account” and access your personal data panel.
Pricing and Payment
On cantinebirgi.it you can pay through the Paypal circuit with all Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and PostePay credit cards. Or pay cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods. All prices include VAT.
Returns and Refunds
If for some reason one or more bottles should have arrived at your address damaged, please contact our Customer Care immediately at info@cantinebirgi.it and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will get back to you as quickly as possible.
In the case of damaged goods, we may require that the bottle be returned and a photo with a description of the damage be emailed to us so that we can avoid similar inconveniences in the future.
In case of wine not to your liking and damaged goods, you must follow the procedure below to be refunded:
- Email the refund request with the “plausible” reason for the refund no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
